Process
1. Start Saving: Click save button from the menu on the right hand side and in opening window you will be able to select file formats you would like to save.
2. Select Format: If you want to 3d print your model from any Ultimaker printer, you should select stl file format. Please note that stl file format does not include any texture data. The ply file format is a basic polygon file format and should be selected if model is wanted to be printed with ply supported 3d printer. The obj file format is generally used for digital displaying of the model. In obj file format you will be able to see the colored model with additional texture file created automatically. The 3mf is XML-based data format which includes texture data. If you want to continue working on your model in some software like Solidworks, you should select 3mf file format
3. Select Saving Options: After clicking save button, new window will open for scaling. If you want, you can scale your model in this window. Please note that you can also scale your model in Cura if you would like to print your model with Ultimaker.
