Fixed Scan Mode with Turntable:

For objects smaller than 150 mm, fixed scan mode with turntable should be selected. Fixed scan mode with turntable should be used when the size of the object does not cover the coded area on the turntable and the object is under 5 kg. If the object geometry covers the coded area but still wanted to work with turntable instead of coded targets features should be selected as align mode.

Fixed Scan Mode without Turntable:

For objects between 150 mm and 1 meter or if the object is over 5 kg fixed scanning mode without turntable should be used.

Handheld HD Scan:

For objects over 1 meter handheld scan should be selected. If higher details are required handheld HD scan can be used. Handheld HD Scan will provide higher resolution and higher accuracy compared to handheld rapid scan however texture scan is not possible with this scan mode.

Handheld Rapid Scan:

For objects over 1-meter handheld scan should be selected. If a faster scan is required handheld rapid scan can be used.
